WIKA KRATON was established on December 16, 2013 in accordance with Notarial Deed No. 16 by Indrajati Tandjung, S.H., in Cilegon and has been approved by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia No.AHU02372.AH.01.01 dated January 17, 2014.
At September 12, 2014, the Company acquired 90% of CLT share, where domiciled in Batu Besar, Batam. Then on December 5, 2014, the Company enlarge its acquisition of CLT to 99.5 % share.
At April 8, 2014, the Company undertook a corporate action in the form of Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 2,045,466,600 shares to the public with the price Rp590/shares. Through this corporate action, the status of the Company was officially transformed from a private company with the name of PT Wijaya Karya Beton into a public company with the name of PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk.
